This is the first edition of ‘A taste of Aviko’. To mark Aviko’s 50th anniversary, we are publishing four digital magazines in which we hope to inspire you with culinary ideas. Each edition will therefore include five special recipes. How about ‘Salad of the rings’ or an ‘amuse-bouche’ There will also be a feature about a special foodservice outlet. This time we visit Paal 10, an amazing beach pavilion. Our first edition focuses on the summer and sharing. There will be three more editions this year that will also be dedicated to seasonal recipes and trends in the foodservice market.
